We provide a pre-construction service to go through your plans with a fine tooth comb. This can help to identify any areas that may have been overlooked in design, or opportunities to simplify, streamline or reduce cost. Once the job commences we keep regular site meetings to walk through progress and keep you involved in key decision making.
OUR BUILD PROCESS-
Give Luke a call, or click on our ‘get in touch’ link on our homepage. Fill out the short questionnaire of your details and job information. From there we will arrange a site visit to view your job.

From the site visit we can determine the next steps for you. Whether that’s going through our pre construction process on plans you already have drawn up, or leading you through the design process with one of our trusted design partners.

Once your plans are completed and ready to submit to the council we can provide accurate pricing from our trusted subcontractors and suppliers, accompanied by an indicative program schedule.

Once we have agreed on pricing, program and payment schedule, we sign the Master Builders contract and get things underway. If you want the 10 year Master Builders guarantee, now is the time to secure that before the job commences.

With all the preliminary works out of the way, it’s time for the job to commence. Enjoy the ride as we walk you through each stage with weekly site meetings. We take care of all site management so you can relax knowing your job is getting done right.

Upon practical completion we take care of attaining your code of compliance and all associated paperwork.

We trust you will enjoy the result for years to come. To make sure, we follow up with a 90 day and 1 year free maintenance check to make sure your home is functioning exactly how it should be.
